Garners, established 1906, built this department store in 1937 on the site of the King and Teppett building (the former Zealandia Hall) which was demolished. Hopwoods Mitre 10 took over the building about 1988. It is now ‘Kellys Mall’; a pedestrian throughway from Main Street to Broadway (2008).
