Library Assistant, Nicola Tobin, with a scroll originally presented to General Ian Hamilton, Inspector General of Oversees Forces, when he was welcomed to Palmerston North in 1914 by the the Mayor and Councillors. The scroll was presented to the Palmerston North Public Library in 1977.
