Local History Week 2016 is bigger and better than ever. Join us for a week's worth of events - from walks, talks, tours and more. Special highlights include a Share Your Memories: Palmerston North Department Stores event, a tour of magical Lethenty - the grandest historic homestead in Bulls, a behind the scenes look at Te Manawa's collections and the Te Korari Square guided tour. The Heritage Afternoon is a new feature of the programme - some of Palmerston North's most historic buildings are opening their doors for one special day, allowing the general public to see inside.
