This two gabled house was built c 1885. Early owners were T K Moore and the Coutts family. In the 1970s it was owned by Mr C K Lane. The house is listed in category three of the city register of historic buildings. Replaced in the 1990's and currently the site of the Drovers Motor Inn (2020)
