Miss C.E.Warburton,
W.W.S.A. Pal.North.

Dear Miss Warburton,

I am very much afraid that the recording
we made in Palmerston North resulted in a faulty disc, making
it necessary to re-record if the talk is to be included in our
schedules for the next few months. Apparently the recording
set at the 2ZA station is not in good order, and this was not
discovered until the discs were ready for dispatch for the
various stations.

Therefore if at any time you are in Wellington
I wonder could you telephone me at 26-997, or leave your number
at Head Office-Commercial Broadcasting Service 47344, to allow
me to contact you to make an appointment for recording here in
the Wellington studio. I would very much like to include your
news in the feature, and we could bring the script up to date
by adding anything of more recent interest which may have occurred
since we complied the original session.

Thanking you for your co-operation, and
hoping to be given a further opportunity of recording your
news –

Sincerely yours,
Anne Stewart.
ANNE STEWART
