Handwritten diary of Ann ('Nan') Kathleen Jacques, nee Jobson (31 December 1894 - 27 August 1994). Includes newspaper clippings, letters and other writings.
This diary contains a lot of personal comments on WWII and Ann's involvement in the Home Front, including her relationship with the Polish Army League.
Ann Jacques immigrated to New Zealand from England in 1928 with her husband William Jacques, who had been appointed to the staff of the new Massey Agricultural College.
