Description

These unidentified soldiers are thought to be the 2nd Field Ambulance group outside of barracks at the Awapuni Racecourse. The Palmerston North A&P Showgrounds, Awapuni racecourse and Awatapu Golf Course were all utilised as army training camps during the war.
