This image was taken for a story that ran in The Manawatu Evening Standard on 29 November 1960 "Miss Julia Clements, whose name is synonymous with flower arrangements the world over, was the guest of the Palmerston North Horticultural Society's floral art group last night. She appeared at the Palmerston North Concert Chamber on Monday night and Tuesday afternoon before packed houses. Above is Miss Clements, with a huge bunch of watsonias. flowers she never sees in England. With sheer delight and enthusiasm she said that it would not be her fault if she does not in future."
