More Info →"Mammoth Tanks Installed" [Standard Brewery]

This image was taken for a story that ran in The Manawatu Evening Standard on 19th March, 1963. "Work started yesterday on the installation of six huge storage tanks at the Standard Brewery in Featherston Street. The task was not an easy one as each tank had only inches to spare when placed in position. When the front is sealed the section of the building will become a giant chilling room for the storage of many thousands of gallons of freshly brewed beer."
