This image was taken for a story that ran in The Manawatu Evening Standard on 11 October 1960 "Miss Terry Downshire, the Miss British Cotton, was the guest of honour at an informal cocktail party last evening before the gala mannequin parade, the proceeds of which were donated to the Medical Research Foundation. Above is the star of the parade with the hosts. They are (from the left): Mr. H.E. Brumby (sales manager, Air-India International in New Zealand), Mrs. A. Dix, Mr. L. Gillmore (sales manager, Teal from Auckland), Miss Terry Downshire, and Mr. A. Dix (Milne and Choyce, Ltd.)."
