Birmingham Street - Takaro
- Description
-
This image is believed to be of Birmingham Street. The first house on the right (next to the mostly obscured house) is number 12, next to number 14 going up the street. The intersection in the centre left of the photo is at the beginning of Gloucester street. Number 3 Gloucester Street fully visible, being the white house facing towards the camera. Number 11 Birmingham Street is partly visible on the opposite corner. The distinctive pair of hills near Levin, Waiopehu and Twin Peak, is depicted here above the houses at the end of this first part of Birmingham Street.
