Description

Built in 1930 - 1931 as Massey Agricultural College's main building, this building was renamed after the first Principal of the College in 2010.

The building was designed by American architect Roy Alston Lippincott, the Sir Geoffrey Peren building is recognised as a Category 1 historic place by the Historic Places Trust.
