This image was published in the September 17th 1978 edition of the Tribune weekly newspaper with the caption: “Mrs Tirakatene-Sullivan, the Opposition's spokesman on Maori Affairs, is welcomed to Palmerston North by the president of Massey's Tiritea Maori Club, Roszina Huriwai. Mr Tirakatene-Sullivan came to Palmerston North on Thursday, the first day of a national Maori Culture Week.”
