Pictured is the rear deck of a typical Morris Street student flat. The building was bought by the Massey University Student Association, which removed it in c.2013. The house was replaced by modern student flats. Morris Street remains one of Palmy's main student streets, making up part of the "Student City" area.
The property shared a back yard with it's neighbours, which is still common with some student flats in Palmy. The Mini in this picture was nicknamed 'Jelly Bean' after it's number plate (JB4062).
