Description

Grant Smith was first elected to Council in 2013, was elected Mayor in a by-election in 2015, then was elected Mayor in the 2016 local body elections. He was born and bred in the Manawatu, and attended West End and Palmerston North Boys’ High Schools. He is married to Michelle and has two children, Regan and Emma. He runs his own business, GSA Design, in Church Street, Palmerston North.

Here Grant Smith is announcing a military tattoo to take place in Palmerston North in 2018.
