Greek dancing in the Victoria Esplanade Gardens

As part of a weekend of activities to celebrate 100 years of Palmerston North, a Garden Party was held in the Esplanade attended by more than 25,000 people. One of the activities was dancing from from various ethnic groups living in New Zealand. This is a Greek dancing troop from Wellington, who were accompanied by their religious leaders and the Greek Consul.
