This photograph is of the corner of Rangitikei Street and The Square. The Hopwood Clock Tower is visible on the far right of the image and the building that once housed the Public Library the Public Library is on the far left. This building is now the Square Centre - housing office space and a cafe. The City Library moved to its current home in the old CM Ross building in 1996.
