Description

This block of toilets was built in the 1990s and is situated by the Scenic Railway platform in the Victoria Esplanade. The new paint job took three weeks and was completed at the end of December 2016. Local artist Gemma Farrel designed and painted the murals, which feature tuis, ducks and the Victoria Esplanade Miniature Train. This project is a Placemaking initiative.
