CIRCULAR MEMORANDUM NO. 32

I am sending you approximately copies of a Circular
which has been issued by the Director of National Service, and
handed to the Auxiliary for distribution to all women’s organisations
which are undertaking some form of war, or emergency work, in your

In view of the fact that we have not sufficient information
available in this office to despatch the circulars direct, would you
please arrange to insert the names of appropriate organisations in
the circular, and [to] distribute to those concerned.
