CIRCULAR MEMORANDUM NO. 32
To All District Committees and Sub-centres.

CIRCULAR MEMORANDUM TO WOMEN’S ORGANISATIONS.

I am sending you approximately copies of a Circular
which has been issued by the Director of National Service, and
handed to the Auxiliary for distribution to all women’s organisations
which are undertaking some form of war, or emergency work, in your
district.

In view of the fact that we have not sufficient information
available in this office to despatch the circulars direct, would you
please arrange to insert the names of appropriate organisations in
the circular, and [to] distribute to those concerned.

It is important that this Circular be distributed as soon
as possible. Where the Organisations have Dominion wide coverage
the circular has been sent to the headquarters of the organisation.
The following are the organisations concerned: -

Women’s Division of the Farmer’s Union
New Zealand Labour Party
New Zealand National Party
Girl Guides Organisations
