WOMENS WAR SERVICE AUXILIARY.

349 College Street,
Palmerston North.
25th. July 1945.

The Town Clerk,
Palmerston North.

Dear Sir,
re Garden Plot, Sports Ground, on loan to W.W.S.A Garden Group,
In reference to our telephone conversation, regarding above
section, I have seen Mr. Black & he is willing to take it back as it is.
Mrs. Fisher much regrets that, owing to Colonel [Fisher’s] illness, she is
unable to continue the work.
On behalf of my committee I have to thank the City Council & Mrs. Black for their
assistance & co-operation in this work.
Also thank you very much for the tickets which were allotted to my
organisation, for the American Navy Concert, held on 15th. inst.
The entertainment was much enjoyed by the members.

Yours faithfully,

Chairman District Committee.
