Mr Bill Dalzell is shown here with his daughter Kathleen, and dog. The Koputaroa Flaxmill was owned by Loughnan, Keiller and Abraham of Palmerston North and was managed by the Dalzell brothers, Bill and Tom. It was in operation from about 1911 until c1915.
