This image was taken for a story that ran in The Manawatu Evening Standard on 29 April 1963 "A busy team of Guides and Brownies from the Hokowhitu and St. Andrew's groups and a number of leaders and interested adults had baled 50 bales, each weighing 3cwt to 4 cwt, in the paper drive on Saturday at this depot. Above is a busy band packing and sewing up the pack before it's dispatch to the railway station to be loaded on to waiting trucks. They are (from the left): Valerie Clark, Fiona Rarity, Lynette Rankin, Mrs. T. Stout, Leonie Child and Anne Hunter in the front."
