"Being piped through the doorway for a tea meeting of the west central Jaycee region in the city were (from left): Mr E. Graham (piper), Mr Eric Stevenson, world president of Jaycee International; Mr L. Hunter, president of the Palmerston North chapter; and Mr L. Barker, the west central regional governor. Mr. Stevenson is a Scotsman."
