
Farmers delivering milk to the Dairy Union Creamery
- Description
Delivery of milk to the dairy factory was made by the farmer in his horse and cart. The Bunnythorpe Skimming Station was constructed in 1893. Cream was sent from here to the New Zealand Farmer's Dairy Union's "Black Swan" butter factory in Palmerston North.
