Description

This negative comes from the Elmar Collection - a large series of semi-identified and unidentified images from the 1930s-1970s. The vehicle the firefighter is standing on is possibly either a Transtar of international fire truck. The structure in the background is believed to be a hose tower, used for drying fire hoses.
