This image was taken for a story that ran in The Manawatu Evening Standard on 16 November 1960 "A livestock instructor from the Department of Agriculture in Feilding (Mr. H.O. Mackley) explains some of the diseases in infect sheep carcases at the Feilding freezing works today. The carcases were part of a display organised by the department during a fat lamb judging competition conducted by the Feilding A. and P. Association."
