The establishment and history of Papaioea Park, a 3.6 Terrace End park accessible fron Ruahine Street, Featherston Street, Rangitira Avenue and Papaioea Place. Established in 1922 as a community reserve, it has had various recreational and sporting uses for more than 100 years.
