This image was taken for a story that ran in the Manawatu Evening Standard on 20 April 1963, "An important visitor to the Roman Catholic community in Palmerston North this morning addressed a large audience in the Amesbury Street Hall. He was Mr. H. O'Carroll, of Dublin, representing the Concillum of the central council of the Legion of Mary, situated in Dublin. He is seen with the Rev. Father T. S. Williams discussing the project in hand, the extension of the Legion of Mary. He will stay in New Zealand for three weeks, during which time he will visit four dioceses."
