This image was taken for a story that ran in The Manawatu Evening Standard on 15th January 1966 "These painters under the guidance of Mrs. Julie van Helden (the well-known Wellington artist) are deeply engrossed in their painting of life study. For many of the painters, it was the first time they had attended such a course -- the summer art school at Massey University."
