These images were taken for the October 15th, 1978, edition of the Tribune weekly newspaper, the first of which was published in an advertisement for ‘Holt Meats’ of 88 Cuba Street.
The advertisement read: “HOLT MEATS INVITE YOU TO INSPECT OUR WIDE RANGE OF MEATS. OUR SELF SERVICE CABINETS ENABLE YOU TO SELECT THE PACKS OF YOUR CHOICE.
