Illuminated address presented to Henry Stephens to mark the end of his 6 years living in Apiti. He then moved to Awahuri where he operated a store, Stephens Bros Merchants and Commission Agents, from 1908 until his death in 1913 aged 49 years. He had three children - Basil, Olga and Mrs N. O'Connell (far older than the younger two). The illuminated address features illustrations of the Apiti area, and the names of residents.
