Dear Miss [Warburton],
I have been requested to call a meeting to discuss
the matter of concerts at the Linton Camp, it being the desire
of the Military Authorities to organise the concerts in some
order of rotation.
I would be pleased, therefore, if you could attend
a meeting at the Council Chambers on Tuesday the 2nd. February,
at 5 p.m.
