This photograph is of Zena Craven standing in front of the band rotunda that once stood in The Square, Palmerston North. The crown was put on the rotunda for the arrival of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Phillip, the Duke of Edinburgh, who visited Palmerston North 6-7 January 1954 and stayed overnight at the Grand Hotel.
