Description

A 270mm long metal seal press with attached metal seal. The seal creates an embossed (raised) design on paper or wax. This seal has the words 'The Seal of the Mayor, Palmerston North New Zealand'. The words are written around a square with cut off corners within which is an image of the 'City Crest'. This seal would have been used on official and legal documents.
