William Rawlins (1863-1922) was a plumber and tinsmith in Main Street West, Palmerston North. He was born in Australia and came to Palmerston North with his parents (Jessie and Mary Anne Rawlins) in the 1870s. He was the father of Miss Evelyn Rawlins, a well-known music teacher of Palmerston North. (Enlarged from a small portrait F 7).
