The Palmerston North City Council CAB, that straddles the road between Main Street and Te Mare o Hine/The Square. It was opened in 1980 and is an example of Brutalism architecture.

This view includes some of the Pacific Sculptures that were created in 2000, and some of the pou that were erected in 1990.
