Matthew, a junior doctor from Palmerston North Hospital gets in some yoga between shifts. He has only been working and living in Palmerston North for a month. He can't get to the gym which is a problem because he likes doing weights. He's having to make do with yoga on the deck of his flat for now and is expecting to get pretty limber over the next few weeks. His flatmates are inside making their evening meal.
