- Description
This image was taken for a story that ran in The Manawatu Evening Standard on 27th December 1965 "Observing the ruling tradition at Linton Military Camp on Christmas Day, officers and senior non-commissioned officers serve Christmas dinner to other ranks living in at the camp. For those still in their bunks at 8 a.m. it was rum and coffee served by Warrant Officer L.W. Smith and Major Dyson, commanding officer, to fireman S. White, who was still in bed at the time."
