Te Pātikitiki Library 10th Birthday celebrations, 28 April 2018. Ruth Tipene, Te Pātikitiki Branch Librarian, organised renowned kiwi kite expert Robert Van Weer to fly some of his kites on the Monrad Park adjoining Te Pātikitiki Library for the occasion.
