Festival of Cultures week is Palmerston North City's biggest event celebrating the rich cultural diversity of our City. It is an annual event organised by Palmerston North City Council and MMC. The week has a series of events including The Festival of Cultures - World Fair Day, Parade of Cultures (Costume Parade), Lantern Parade/ Carnavale, Teas and Coffees of the World and various workshops/ seminars.
