Description

This image was taken for a story that ran in The Manawatu Evening Standard on 16 September 1960 "By mid-morning home-made cakes and scones had sold like the proverbial "hot cakes" at the stall in aid of funds for the blind. However, there was a large quantity of knitted goods available to which customers took a keen interest."
