Description

Clive Akers gave one of the talks during Local History Week 2008 at the Palmerston North City Library. Due to technical problems the talk was not recorded but the speaker kindly provided their notes so these have been provided instead. The notes include information on the rugby song 'On the Ball' which were not part of the original talk.
