The photograph shows congress officials, left to right, Mr. B. Rollason (congress secretary), Mr. R. Dearnley (New Zealand vice-president), Mr. B. Potts (honorary life-president), Professor C.J. Adcock (New Zealand president), Mrs. m. Richardson (secretary Upper Hutt branch) and Mr. R.V. Morgan (Palmerston North president), in front of the board."
