Charles Warden, Assistant Teacher at Campbell Street School 1898 to 1918 became headmaster of Queen’s Park School, Whanganui in 1920 and in 1924 headmaster of Whanganui East School. See Manawatu Evening Standard 1 August 1931 page 2 for Warden’s obituary.
