Two high backed wooden frame chairs upholstered with salmon coloured fabric. The chairs were made for the visit to Palmerston North of Queen Elizabeth II and the Duke of Edinburgh 7-8 January 1954. They were used by the Royal couple during a Civic Dinner held at the Rosco Tea Rooms on 7 January 1954.
