The plane was originally owned by the Dutch Air force and known as LT9-9. It was then registered in Australia as VH-CAC. Bought by Aircraft Pty Ltd, who on-sold aeroplanes, it was then in service with NAC with the name “Koriri" (registered as ZK-ALZ) until it was destroyed by fire and disposed of.
