The "Old Boys' Team" were runners up for the Manawatu Hockey championship. G Watchorn (age 16) is the first from the left, second row. Mr Gabites, a school teacher, is in the centre of the front row. The entire team at the time this photograph was taken are: (A Team) Messrs Fitt, Luxford, Tew, Adams, Fraser (x2), Petersen, Sorenson (x2), Simpson, Crump. (B Team) Walkely, Jones, Coles, Gabites, Collinson, Woods, Watchorn, Petersen, Stuart, Hadfield, Collis, D Soreson (emergency).
