An address from the Palmerston North Branch of the Returned Soldiers' Association on its 21st anniversary. It is addressed to the "Mayor, Councillors and Citizens of Palmerston North and the citizens of Kairanga County", thanking them for their support of the organisation during WWI and after.

The RSA was formed in April 1916, to support the interests of the returning soldiers from World War One.
