Published list of Palmerston North residents living in the number 3 ward, who were elegible to vote in elections for the Borough Council in 1894. During this period all adults who owned or occupied property were on the burgess roll, including women, and were entitled to cast 1-5 votes depending on the annual rateable value. The Borough was divided into wards for voting purposes 1884 - 1903.
