Holben and Kirk were dairy, refrigerating and electrical engineers, operating in Rangitikei Street, Palmerston North, 1897 - 1935. The company specialised in outfitting dairy equipment for farmer, and dairy and butter companies, also supplying all day to day equipment required by those clients. Holbein and Kirk also traded in all types of copper-smithing, sheet metal and tin working, and general plumbing requirements, including manufacturing baths, pipes and tanks.
